Only the landlords you apply to. Every uploaded ID and financial document is watermarked "For Roompal Application Only."
What's the difference between Book dates and Apply now?
Book dates is for transient spaces: pick your dates and pay. Apply now is for long-term rentals: send your Renter Resume and wait for the landlord to approve.
